Birth place and death date and place obtained from Birth, death and Marr. of Botetourt Co., VA 1853-1913 page 22 of marr. section which also states that she was 87 years and 10n months old when she died which would make her birth year 1771. Dr. Gillilan gives her death date as 6 Sep 1858 but the death date in above vital records states 30 Nov 1858. Geney was born in Augusta County in the area which is presently Rockingham County.
